2-Inch Figure 1502 Swivel Joint Kit: Confirm the Style and Parts List

This kit enquiry uses the existing 2-inch Figure 1502 Best-style reference. Confirm the actual joint manufacturer, model/style and parts drawing before ordering. Nominal size and Figure alone do not establish interchangeability with another swivel joint.

AS568 dimensions apply only to O-ring components identified by dash number; they do not define every part in a swivel joint kit. Specify process fluid, cleaning media and temperatures. The repair kit has no independent pressure rating; the complete joint and equipment procedure determine permitted duty.

Hammer union seals: 

Hammer Union Seals are used in hammer union-style pipe connections to establish flow lines and prevent leakage.

Available size : 1", 2", 3", 4" and 5"

Material enquiries for related hammer union seals include NBR, HNBR and FKM grades or PTFE designs by specification. Review the actual fluid and temperatures with the selected grade. HNBR alone does not establish sour-gas qualification. Brass or stainless backup arrangements must match the approved union drawing.

Swab cups:

Related swab cup enquiries are ordered separately from this swivel joint repair kit. Identify the cup profile, tubing inside diameter, mandrel bore and seating dimensions, then specify core construction and rubber grade. Provide fluid composition, temperatures, solids exposure and complete tool load requirements for the selected configuration.
